So. I went to Germany a couple of weeks ago! It was a lot of fun, saw a bunch of cool stuff. This is basically just gonna be a big photo dump of a bunch of photos I took on the trip! But don’t worry, I won’t leave you guys without context. I’ll probably give a sentence or two to the photos I like, but the others I will probably just dump at the end of this document.

To start off with, my crown jewel of the trip, is this photo of a duck on a lake. It was right on the lake right in front of Neuschwanstein Castle, and it took a whiiile for a duck to come to the right spot. (Warning: I got more duck photos incoming!)

But lets go back to the beginning. When we flew in, we landed in Frankfurt, and took the ICE from Frankfurt Hbf to Munich Hbf, and our hotel was right by the station. The train ride was quite cool indeed. I have a bunch that I’ll stick at the end, but this is probably my favorite.

A couple hours later, we arrived in Munich, where we saw a bunch of really cool stuff over the next few days. We went to the BMW Museum and some other stuff, because my Dad is a car enthusiast/nerd.

From Munich, we went to the German Alps and the highest point in Germany! Looking one way, you saw a bunch of snow and the rest of the Alps, and the other way you saw a steep cliff and a beautiful lake, and a little village.

A few days later, we left Munich to head to Stuttgart, because that’s where the Porsche and Mercedes-Benz museums and factories are. But on the way we stopped by Neuschwanstein castle, and took a tour. But I think that the coolest views were actually at the bottom of the mountain, where there was a massive lake with a great view.

Though there were some great views from the top of the mountain at Neuschwanstein castle, I just forgot to take any good photos of the castle itself. (the castle in the below photo is not Neuschwanstein, but another castle nearby.)
